Visit Connecticut

This Northeast state, bordered by Rhode Island, Massachusetts, and New York, features diverse terrain from the rolling mountains and horse farms of Litchfield Hills to the coastal marshes and beaches east of New Haven.

With a mix of coastal cities like Stamford and New Haven, rural towns like Preston, and quaint, artsy towns like Guilford and Chester, “The Constitution State” packs a lot of New England charm in this relatively small state. Stay in a classic New England bed & breakfast like the 1800s Copper Beech Inn. Unwind in one of the many spa resorts such as The Spa at Norwich Inn. Indulge in New England’s best seafood at a roadside clam shack like Costello’s on the Mystic River.

Families can enjoy the Seaport museum’s century-old ships and Mystic Aquarium’s beluga whale exhibits in Mystic. Visitors can take in breathtaking views of fall foliage in Macedonia Brook State Park. Those looking for entertainment and nightlife can enjoy a concert at Mohegan Sun’s Casino of the Earth.

Whether it’s nature, nightlife, or a relaxing getaway, Connecticut has it all.
