1. Hiking Trails - Moore Park, PCT, High Lakes… Klamath County is a hiker’s dream with over 500 miles of trails and over 214,000 sq miles of protected wilderness space. 
2.  Birding the National Wildlife Refuges – Nestled along the Pacific Flyway, the Klamath Basin is a birder’s paradise. Over 350 species of birds and the oldest birding festival in the west! 
3.  Cycling the OC&E Woods Line State Trail – Oregon’s longest linear State Park! This 109-mile, the rail-to-trail conversion is built on the old rail bed of the Oregon, California, and Eastern Railroad. 
4.  Paddling the Canoe Trail in Rocky Point – A marked, 9.5-mile journey with a dramatic mixture of freshwater marsh, open lake, and forest providing a rich habitat for many plant and animal species.       
5.  Fishing on the Williamson River or Crescent or Odell Lake – The Klamath Basin is home to the best wild native rainbow trout fishing in the Lower 48 as well as healthy kokanee salmon.

3.  Spence Mountain – A brand new, professionally built trail system with over 50 miles of trails and awesome views of Upper Klamath Lake, Cascade Peaks, and Mt. Shasta. 
4.  Crater Lake ZipLine – Prepare to fly through the trees on a 9 zipline canopy tour including 2 sky bridges, and 2 rappels. Also, check out the high adventure challenge course for ages 5 – 12 called Sasquatch Hollow.

Annual Events 

1.  Ride the Rim at Crater Lake National Park – In just a few years RIDE THE RIM has become one of Oregon’s most well-known and epic cycling events. Enjoy the serene beauty of Crater Lake National Park without any vehicular traffic on over 75% of the Park’s 33-mile Rim Drive as you peddle by the deep blue water and soaring caldera walls.
2.  Klamath Basin Oktoberfest – The Klamath Basin Oktoberfest is a large, affordable, family-friendly event that brings together Southern Oregon’s very best in brewers, food vendors, entertainment, and outdoor living, creating an experience that everyone can be a part of.
