Overview
This six-week beekeeping course, to be held Tuesday evenings from Feb. 20 to March 26, will teach you all you need to know to become a successful beekeeper. Mike Rusnak, a member of the Will County Beekeepers Association, has 18 years of experience teaching the beekeeping process. This Forest Preserve District workshop fee includes a personal copy of The Backyard Beekeeper by Kim Flottum. Note: The March 19 and March 26 sessions will be at Monee Reservoir due to the anticipated closure of Plum Creek Nature Center for construction.
